At VibeCam, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that online shopping doesn’t always go as expected, that’s why we make returns easy and hassle-free. Our goal is to ensure you shop with confidence and peace of mind.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through our official website within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Any visible damage may affect eligibility for return or warranty coverage.
Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Note: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care items), or because they are hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
To complete your return, please include your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 2–3 business days:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive your refund as a digital gift card.
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the gift card will be sent to your email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting supoort@vibe.com.
