Return Policy – DryStep Essentials

At DryStep Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that online shopping doesn’t always go as expected — that’s why we aim to make returns easy and hassle-free. Our goal is to ensure you shop with confidence and peace of mind.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased through our official website within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Any visible damage may affect eligibility for return or warranty coverage
  • Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted

Note: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care items), as well as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

To complete your return, please include your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team via email. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return or exchange

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps based on our policy.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to appear on your account. If you haven’t received a refund after that time:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive the refund in the form of a digital gift card. Once we receive and verify the returned item, the gift card will be sent to your email.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending a message to our email address.

Please include photos and your order number. We use delivery tracking timestamps to verify claims. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
