Shipping & Delivery – VibeCam

At VibeCam, we’ve partnered with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS to ensure fast and reliable worldwide shipping — delivered straight to your door.

Shipping Process

Once you place your order, we usually process it within 2–5 business days.
During peak times (like holidays or big promotions), processing can take up to 10 business days.

Please note:

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout double-check your details!

Once processing starts, no changes can be made.

We ship daily to get your VibeCam to you fast. (Public holidays might cause slight delays.)

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 5 business days, feel free to contact us at support@vibecam.com.

Customs, Duties & Additional Fees

For international orders, local customs duties, VAT, or administrative fees may apply.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are usually collected upon arrival in your country.

VibeCam cannot predict or cover these fees.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect information, any associated charges (including return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

VibeCam is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We rely on carrier tracking information to resolve such issues. Report problems as soon as possible to maximize our ability to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Once your order has been placed, we cannot make changes.
