At DryStep Essentials, we’ve partnered with trusted international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS to offer fast and reliable worldwide shipping — straight to your doorstep.
Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, our team typically takes 2 to 5 business days to process and forward it to the shipping carrier’s sorting center. During peak periods (e.g., holidays or major promotions), processing may take up to 10 business days.
Please note:
- Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout Once processing begins, no changes (including address updates) can be made
- We ship only on business days (Monday–Friday). No shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays
- When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days, feel free to contact us through our support page.
Customs, Duties & Additional Fees
For international orders, local customs duties, VAT, or other administrative fees may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility and are typically collected once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
DryStep Essentials cannot predict or control these fees.
If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or incorrect information, any related charges (including return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about these charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
DryStep Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during shipping.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We rely on the tracking and delivery data provided by the shipping carrier to assess such situations. Be sure to report any issues as soon as possible, as delays may limit our ability to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Because we process orders quickly, we are unable to make changes after an order has been placed.
